Since establishing his practice over 14 years ago, Lou’s financial planning experiences have confirmed the importance of long term planning for achieving specific goals.
Goals must be written. Resources must be assessed. Action plans must be developed and implemented. Progress must be monitored on a regular basis and corrective action taken when required. When this sequence is followed, the goal will be achieved.
Lou is interested in long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial and built on the highest levels of integrity, trust and service. For Lou, the client always comes first. Lou believes that selective investing in a diversified portfolio of key assets will always give good results over the long term.
Lou believes that while financial planning may be complex, it does not have to be complicated. Simple, but sophisticated, strategies often produce superior results. Financial planning needs to include both lifestyle protection and investment solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
The three main ingredients of a successful plan implementation remain 1. Providing enough resources to meet the goals, 2. Allotting enough time for the plan to work, and 3. Consistently applying strategic discipline in implementing the plan.
For some people, credentials are important. If you are one of them, then, be comfortable, because Lou is committed to life long learning. He believes that applying his learning and experience expands his resources and benefits his clients. Applied knowledge is more important than diplomas. Nonetheless, he has plenty of credentials and experience.
Together with Loretta, his partner in business and in life, Lou lives in Milton with their sons. He tries to exercise regularly and is currently writing a book on strategies for setting and achieving personal life goals. Lou is committed to Dan Sullivan’s Strategic Coach life focusing and mentoring program where he is a member at the Masters Level.
